About me

I am Mona

Welcome to my portfolio. I am pleased to share my journey, experiences, and professional goals as an instructional designer. My journey started when I began as a teacher and later as a trainer. Over time, I became interested in how learning can be more interactive and meaningful. This interest, especially after COVID- 19 pandemic, led me to explore the relationship between education and technology.

Through my experience with several international NGOs, I had the chance to create training programs and integrate technology into learning, which strengthened my understanding of how people from different ages and cultures learn.

Pursuing a Master’s degree in instructional design reflects my interest in moving from practical experience in the field towards a more structured and theoretical understanding. It helped me deepen my knowledge in instructional design models, activities, theories, and evaluation methods.

I was particularly interested in courses related to designing digital learning products and multimedia tools, which helped me enhance the learning experience.

This degree enabled me to work as an instructional designer with different international companies.

What I bring to this field is a combination of hands -on- experience and expertise in digital learning solutions, gained through working with diverse countries and cultures. These experiences helped me adapt learning approaches and create solutions that fit a diversity of audiences.

My goal is to continue growing and maintaining my dedication as a skilled instructional designer, who creates innovative and accessible learning environments.

What I do

I Identify the performance, knowledge of a targeted audience in order to create and suggest engaging learning experience based on instructional theory and best practices from the field.
